About the role

  • Own the preparation, validation, and delivery of daily, weekly, and month-end customer reporting and outputs with a high degree of accuracy and reliability.
  • Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot core solution components, including: General Ledger (GL) Coding, Custom Field Coding at shipment and charge level, Order Match logic, Month-end reporting, Accruals and Cost Allocation.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improved accuracy or efficiency.
  • Independently troubleshoot issues with customer deliverables, data logic, and reporting outputs.
  • Maintain a consistently high accuracy rate on controllable deliverables and proactively surface risks or anomalies.
  • Use advanced Excel and Microsoft Access to manage, analyze, and validate data.
  • Write and modify SQL queries to support reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and automation opportunities.
  • Work within Infios FAP Portal and related systems to support custom reporting, solution logic updates, and data validation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repeatable tasks, and improve scalability of solutions.
  • Support complex customer solutions, including order match, accruals, and month-end activities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Implementations, and Commercial teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
  • Participate in customer business reviews by providing data-driven insights, context, and clear explanations of results.
  • Support new customer implementations and ongoing solution enhancements as needed.
  • Contribute to onboarding and solution documentation, including SOPs and process updates.
  • Clearly document logic, assumptions, and process changes to ensure continuity and auditability.
  • Participate actively in daily huddles, providing meaningful updates and surfacing risks early.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and technical insights with peers to strengthen team capability.
  • Contribute to annual goal planning including KPI planning, automation initiatives, goal tracking, etc. with the team.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, lookups) and Microsoft Access.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting firm deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and modify queries for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or data-driven operational solutions.
  • Familiarity with freight audit, pay, logistics, or financial operations environments.
  • Experience improving or automating reporting and operational workflows.
  • Exposure to month-end close processes, accruals, or financial reporting logic.
