About the role
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Performing monthly and quarterly financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning, revenue and cost forecasting, and operational performance evaluation
- Collaborating with department heads to track key financial and operational KPIs
- Preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Assisting in cash flow analysis, scenario planning, and investment evaluations
- Supporting ad hoc financial projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a mid-sized SaaS or services company
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools
- Experience with financial planning software tools (e.g. Oracle EPM) and ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
- Familiarity and prior experience working with SaaS and services financial metrics and business model
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
