About the role
- Partner with customers early in the engagement cycle to understand operational challenges, business goals, and improvement opportunities across warehouse and distribution environments.
- Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable service recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams to align customer needs with service offerings and implementation approaches.
- Develop service proposals, quotes, and Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating internal reviews, approvals, and handoffs to delivery teams.
- Support sales cycles by participating in discovery sessions, solution alignment discussions, demo preparation, and customer presentations.
- Deliver services-focused presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value, outcomes, and ROI to customer stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales and early delivery phases, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and service execution.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining strong follow-up, prioritization, and communication with both customers and internal teams.
- Travel as needed to support customer engagements, assessments, and key sales activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Warehouse Advantage (WA) experience, ideally including implementation.
- Strong supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations background, with the ability to assess environments and recommend practical improvements.
- Consultative, analytical problem-solver who can translate operational insight into clear, value-driven service proposals.
- Experience developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and coordinating internal reviews, approvals, and delivery handoffs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging customers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships through proactive follow-up and consistent execution.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ as needed.
