Key responsibilities & impact

Execute growth and marketing initiatives defined by the Director of Growth & Market Strategy
Support go-to-market plans through campaigns, content, and coordinated activities
Prepare and manage marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets
Support market research, competitor tracking, and performance reporting
Coordinate with outsourced partners (PR, creative, digital) on timelines and deliverables
Maintain marketing calendars, dashboards, and organized documentation
Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand standards across all outputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
Strong execution, organization, and communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
