About the role
- Manage and mentor the pre-sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement pre-sales strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Oversee the creation of tailored solutions that address client needs and differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and sales collateral.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform pre-sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on pre-sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with a strong track record of success.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
