About the role

  • Manage and mentor the pre-sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and implement pre-sales strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Oversee the creation of tailored solutions that address client needs and differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
  • Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and sales collateral.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform pre-sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on pre-sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
