• delivering quality service and solutions to customers by understanding their needs
• effectively managing RIS/PACS informatics software implementation and upgrade projects
• providing leadership and support to Implementation Services project teams, PMO management and leadership teams
• monitoring project plans, aligning resources, and seeing projects through successful completions
• overseeing best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery of projects
• defining/developing rollout plans and oversee execution according to best practices
• maintaining transparent visibility of project status, issues, direction and decisions
• providing solution options to project challenges with clear business justification
• keeping stakeholders informed of critical issues and updates
• leading post go-live lessons learned exercises
• monitoring third-party vendors and internal staff
• traveling to customer sites as necessary (<15%)
