About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and improve the overall day-to-day operation of the roofing business
- Support scheduling, dispatch, and estimating
- Build and organize efficient routes for our roofing technicians
- Set the sales team up for success with smart, tight routes
- Ensure every SOP is being followed — and help us continually build and improve them

Requirements
What you’ll need- Real trades experience — roofing specifically (repair, tear-offs, residential and commercial)
- Direct experience with the exact operational work above: scheduling, estimating, routing, SOPs
- Strong process and organization instincts — you make messy things run smoothly
- Comfortable and professional on the phone with customers
- Self-directed and reliable — you can run point virtually without hand-holding
- The drive to grow into a COO role
