About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year programmes using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain clear scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Proactively develop creative solutions to execution challenges.
  • Establish stringent programme standards and governance models.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with teams from both Infinite Lambda and the client.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex programmes, focusing on data warehouse migration and/or AI.
  • Business analysis background.
  • Consulting background.
  • Proven background in managing projects and programmes from start to finish.
  • Extensive experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of software engineering and data delivery principles.
  • Gravitas and maturity to engage with C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
