About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from generating sales opportunities to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
  • Partner with clients to recommend the right products/services and build long-term relationships.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
  • Proactively propose innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Experience managing multiple territories or areas concurrently.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
  • Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
  • Proactive: able to take significant responsibility and move initiatives forward.
  • Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and associated sales tools.
