About the role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating business opportunities to account follow-up and ensuring collaboration success.
  • Collaborate with clients by proposing the right products/services to build lasting relationships.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
  • Proactively propose innovative approaches for prospecting and acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
  • Experienced in managing multiple territories or areas in parallel.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and handling objections.
  • Able to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver impactful demos and negotiate with confidence.
  • Proactive: able to take on significant responsibilities and drive results.
  • Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot…) and associated sales tools.
