About the role
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating business opportunities to account follow-up and ensuring collaboration success.
- Collaborate with clients by proposing the right products/services to build lasting relationships.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
- Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
- Proactively propose innovative approaches for prospecting and acquiring new customers.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
- Experienced in managing multiple territories or areas in parallel.
- Proven track record in closing deals and handling objections.
- Able to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver impactful demos and negotiate with confidence.
- Proactive: able to take on significant responsibilities and drive results.
- Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot…) and associated sales tools.
