About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
- Work with clients to recommend appropriate products/services and build long-term relationships.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
- Proactively propose innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Comfortable managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
- Proven track record closing deals and handling objections.
- Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
- Proactive: able to take on significant responsibilities and drive initiatives forward.
- Self-starter and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and associated sales tools.
