About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
  • Work with clients to recommend appropriate products/services and build long-term relationships.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
  • Proactively propose innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Comfortable managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
  • Proven track record closing deals and handling objections.
  • Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to signature.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
  • Proactive: able to take on significant responsibilities and drive initiatives forward.
  • Self-starter and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and associated sales tools.
