About the role
- Lead Generation & New Customer Acquisition: You proactively approach prospective customers, qualify leads and develop target accounts.
- Solution Selling: Consulting on digital customer service solutions across voice, web, mobile apps, chatbots and AI.
- Opportunity Management: Analyzing customer requirements and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Proposal & Offer Management: Preparing tailored proposals that take into account technical feasibility, commercial parameters and customer requirements.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Managing the entire sales process — from strategy and negotiation through to contract closing.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Exchanging knowledge with colleagues, sharing best practices and working together to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in solution selling of complex IT or software solutions.
- Passion for prospecting, customer retention and deal closure.
- Proactive, independent and results-oriented working style.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
- Technical understanding and process-oriented thinking.
- Enjoyment of teamwork, coaching and working toward shared objectives.
