About the role

  • Lead Generation & New Customer Acquisition: You proactively approach prospective customers, qualify leads and develop target accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Consulting on digital customer service solutions across voice, web, mobile apps, chatbots and AI.
  • Opportunity Management: Analyzing customer requirements and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Proposal & Offer Management: Preparing tailored proposals that take into account technical feasibility, commercial parameters and customer requirements.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Managing the entire sales process — from strategy and negotiation through to contract closing.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in solution selling of complex IT or software solutions.
  • Passion for prospecting, customer retention and deal closure.
  • Proactive, independent and results-oriented working style.
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
  • Technical understanding and process-oriented thinking.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork, coaching and working toward shared objectives.
