About the role

  • You design smart, scalable customer experience architectures — technically sound, conceptually well thought-out, and delivering real added value.
  • You support our sales teams in early project phases, deliver compelling demos and presentations, and advise clients on technologies, trends, and products.
  • You support tender/RFP processes, estimate efforts, create technical concepts, and contribute to proposal preparation.
  • You contribute your own ideas, evaluate new tools, and actively help further develop our product portfolio together with the team.
  • You support internal trainings, knowledge sharing, and the enablement of sales and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Experience designing customer service or CX solutions
  • Technical understanding of software development, system integration, or cloud architectures
  • Knowledge of project management, presales, or tender/proposal processes
  • Enthusiasm for digital customer touchpoints (chat, messengers, bots, etc.)
  • Ideally experience with Genesys Cloud, Sprinklr, or comparable platforms
  • Strong communication skills, presentation ability, and a confident demeanor
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Independent, structured working style and a willingness to take on responsibility
