About the role
- Together with seven experienced team members, you will develop innovative contact center solutions for well-known enterprise clients.
- You are the interface between sales, customers and technology.
- You advise in the early project phases and deliver persuasive demos.
- You design solutions that provide real added value and thus lay the foundation for your development into a sought-after presales expert.
- You create smart, scalable customer service solutions — technically sound and professionally thought through.
- You support tenders, estimate effort and help craft compelling proposals.
- You advise customers and our team on technologies, trends and the best products on the market.
- You contribute fresh ideas and actively help evolve our product portfolio.
Requirements
- You enjoy working independently, take responsibility and impress with confident presence and clear communication.
- Experience in customer service design and with software solutions for customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of software development & system integration.
- Experience with project costing, project management and sales processes.
- Familiarity with digital customer interfaces (messengers, chat, etc.).
- Technology know‑how in Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills, high advisory competence.
- Fluent in German & English (business fluent).
- Business‑oriented and process‑driven thinking, with clear argumentation skills.
