About the role

  • - Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, launch, and iteration
  • - Build, test, and iterate MVPs rapidly based on data and user feedback
  • - Manage and prioritize multiple products simultaneously
  • - Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics
  • - Collaborate with remote and outsourced development teams
  • - Set up and analyze product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments
  • - Make data-driven decisions balancing business and user needs
  • - Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders
  • - Actively use AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analytics, and productivity

Requirements

  • - Strong experience with early-stage products, primarily **B2C**
  • - High level of ownership and independence
  • - Experience managing remote and outsourced teams
  • - Proven ability to run MVPs, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development
  • - Strong product analytics expertise (metrics, A/B testing, tracking setup)
  • - Experience working with technical products; software development background or strong technical understanding
  • - Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools
  • - Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • **Nice to Have**
  • - Experience launching products from zero to product-market fit
  • - Startup or fast-paced environment experience
  • - Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
