About the role

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events from end to end, including vendor sourcing, client management, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire event cycle;
  • Prospect new partners to join our Marketplace;
  • Prospect strategic partners to provide products and services for bundled products;
  • Negotiate terms and prices with partners and providers;
  • Onboard new partners;
  • Be the main point of contact for the marketplace and redirect demand accordingly;
  • Make sure the products and services offered by our partners are fulfilled;
  • Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners;
  • Register and track documents from our partners;
  • Update and upkeep CRM and Trello boards;
  • Research the market for new opportunities;
  • Coordinate partnership-related projects with different teams;
  • Produce comprehensive analysis and reports of activities and results.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in event planning, including managing the full event lifecycle, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients;
  • Experience with client relationships;
  • Experience with platform training for partners;
  • Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion;
  • Ability to source for suppliers and negotiate costs within budgets;
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior;
  • Lead generation experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to execute under deadlines;
  • Fluent English to communicate and interact with partners and colleagues around the world;
  • Must have a personal computer and mobile phone;
  • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones;
  • Knowledge and experience with Hubspot or similar tools;
  • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup.
