About the role
- Responsible for negotiating and converting renewals and upsell deals
- Ensure excellent product knowledge of all products and new releases
- Work with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service to address client needs efficiently
- Employ a consultative selling approach
- Utilize advanced communication skills to interact with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain and manage pipelines in CRM systems
Requirements
- Experience working in the Events Industry
- Must have advanced English proficiency
- Solid experience working in a B2B sales/account management role
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing pipelines in a CRM - HubSpot or Pipedrive experience is a plus
