About the role

  • Responsible for negotiating and converting renewals and upsell deals
  • Ensure excellent product knowledge of all products and new releases
  • Work with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to address client needs efficiently
  • Employ a consultative selling approach
  • Utilize advanced communication skills to interact with clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
  • Maintain and manage pipelines in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Experience working in the Events Industry
  • Must have advanced English proficiency
  • Solid experience working in a B2B sales/account management role
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience managing pipelines in a CRM - HubSpot or Pipedrive experience is a plus
