About the role

  • Manage Workday integration projects: analysis, design, testing, deployment, risk monitoring and scheduling
  • Coordinate the various teams involved: global/local HRIS, IT, HR, vendors, support, etc.
  • Provide regular, relevant reporting on project progress
  • Propose improvements to existing integrations
  • Configure the tool: mappings, integration steps in business processes, calculated fields, custom reports…
  • Keep project documentation up to date
  • Handle connectivity tickets and integration incidents
  • Track tickets in Jira and contribute to improving performance metrics
  • Help upskill internal teams on Workday
  • Monitor solution updates (releases, new features)
  • Contribute to RFPs, feasibility studies and projects related to back-office tools
  • Ensure compliance with the group's IT security policies

Requirements

  • Significant experience with Workday (HCM, Reporting and/or Integrations)
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments
  • Structured, autonomous and proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
