About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for your team members.
  • Take an active role in recruitment: screening, interviewing and selecting new colleagues.
  • Ensure a high-quality onboarding and smooth integration of new employees.
  • Follow up on day-to-day topics: TRM, illness, leave approvals, staffing.
  • Help team members maintain an up-to-date CV and prepare them for customer interviews and project assignments.
  • Prepare and conduct Performance & Career Review conversations.
  • Guide team members in their professional development, growth paths and internal mobility.
  • Hold regular one-to-one meetings to discuss performance, mindset and attitude.
  • Advise People & Competence Managers on training, promotions, performance and compensation topics.
  • Translate business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Understand, analyse and challenge customer processes in marketing, sales and service.
  • Take ownership of your part of each project and coordinate closely with teammates.
  • Contribute to or lead analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, training and go-live.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their strategic goals and advise on best practices.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts and proposals to support Inetum’s growth.
  • Work at customer sites, from home, or from one of our offices (Ghent, Mechelen, Braine l’Alleud).

Requirements

  • You are an experienced Salesforce Consultant, with multiple core certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, …).
  • You have at least 3 years of functional/technical experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and industry best practices.
  • Experience in Public Sector, Financial Services or Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Salesforce Industries experience or accreditations are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is an asset.
