About the role
- Test across multiple functional areas of the product — not siloed to one module
- Review user stories for completeness and push back when acceptance criteria are missing or unreasonable
- Write complex stories yourself, including workflow and calculation logic, following inecta's standards
- Document processes end to end: recordings, written documentation, and business context for why the solution exists
- Work directly with developers, consultants, and product managers on design and technical requirements
- Build and run your own demo and training plans across functional areas
- Mentor and hold other QA team members accountable for story and documentation quality
- Propose improvements to QA processes, standards, and tooling
Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS, computer information systems, or a related field
- Strong functional knowledge of Business Central, NAV/Navision, or similar ERP platforms
- Demonstrated experience following structured QA processes with a track record of high-quality output
- Business process knowledge spanning major functional areas (finance, inventory, production, etc.)
- Solid technical literacy — comfortable in Excel, familiar with how software systems fit together
- Excellent written and spoken English
