About the role
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across North America (primarily US and Canada)
- Handle recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes for US/CA employees
- Assist in onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth transitions
- Handle payroll processing and payroll-related tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR Management System (HRMS)
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee queries/concerns
- Collaborate in development and implementation of training programs
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and employee experience
- Participate in planning and execution of HR initiatives and use HR tools optimally
- Work US shift (07:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST) to support North America operations
- Be a team player and contribute to overall success of inecta HR team
Requirements
- Full time degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA, PGDM)
- Min 6 years of experience in managing HR operation/recruitment for CA & US employees
- Payroll knowledge (non-negotiable)
- Experience handling US/CA payroll
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- HRMS maintenance experience
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Proficiency with various HR tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work US shift / US EST shift hours
- Must be located in Delhi/NCR (role/person can be located anywhere in the Delhi/NCR)
