About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Track, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using quantitative and geospatial data interpretation methods.
Collects, validates, and interprets data from multiple internal and external sources while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Designs and supports automated data pipelines for database updates and reporting, using APIs, scripting, and ETL processes to ensure reliable data integration.
Perform database management functions, including maintaining databases for ridership, service KPI data, and other trip-related operational datasets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and review existing and emerging business processes, develop detailed flowcharts, and draft SOPs.
Designs and develops interactive data visualizations and reporting solutions using programming languages and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, data analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in data analysis/business analysis with a bachelor’s degree or one (1) year of professional experience with a master’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Advanced SQL.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience with API-based data integration and automated data workflows, including scripting (e.g., Python or similar languages) to support data extraction, transformation, and processing.
