About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Storeroom
Manages the day-to-day operations of the storeroom.
Provides direction, training, and work review to Storeroom Clerks; sets priorities and follows-up to ensure completion of assigned work.
Directs and conducts periodic and physical inventory of materials, supplies, parts, and equipment, and reconciles discrepancies with manual or computer-produced inventory control records.
Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; recommends new policies as appropriate.
Assists with the development and implementation of inventory and store logistics procedures; performs warehouse maintenance in the form of inventory management; evaluates warehouse equipment daily.
Assists in the analysis of inventory cycles; determines inventory requirements; adjusts material flow to meet operational needs; oversees the removal and disposition of obsolete inventory.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field, preferred.
Three (3) years of professional inventory and stores logistics management experience, and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience are desired.
Valid driver’s license required.
