- Serve as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
- Manage day-to-day operations of a location and organize communications and details to ensure smooth operation
- Use business sense to identify potential members and deliver consultative sales and tours
- Develop and execute community programming and events
- Represent Industrious in the local market and connect with the broader business community
- Handle member requests and provide exceptional service
Requirements
- Candidates must live within an easy commute of Burbank, CA
- in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- No member request is too big or too small for you to handle
- Energized by people and work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
