- Manage day-to-day operations of the Costa Mesa location and act as location manager
- Organize details and communications to ensure smooth operation
- Represent Industrious in the local market and identify potential members
- Use consultative sales approach to uncover and solve member needs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community programming and events
- Deliver exceptional workplace experiences and support members on-site
Requirements
- Candidates must live within an easy commute of Costa Mesa, CA
- In-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs and senior leaders
- Strong business sense and ability to organize details and communications
- Consultative sales skills and ability to identify potential members
- Event programming and execution experience
- Energized by people and work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilient and able to handle challenging and unpredictable days
- Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and think strategically
- Up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay
