Requirements

5 to 8 years of facilities and business operations experience, specifically managing a multi-site portfolio in retail, hospitality, or premium commercial real estate.
Proven experience managing direct reports, including performance management, coaching, and scheduling.
Strong technical skills and knowledge, specifically HVAC, electrical, and access controls, as well as general appliance and beverage equipment.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
Experience managing regional OpEx and CapEx budgets exceeding $1M.
Hands-on experience with FEXA or a comparable ticketing and CMMS platform.
