About the role
- Act as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
- Manage your own location and organize operational details and communications to ensure smooth operation
- Represent Industrious in the local market and actively identify potential members
- Use consultative sales to uncover and solve members' needs
- Pull together programming and remarkable events and manage behind-the-scenes logistics
- Deliver exceptional day-at-work experiences and provide high-touch member service
Requirements
- Candidates must live within an easy commute of Atlanta, GA
- In-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- No member request is too big or too small for you to handle
- Energized by people and work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilient and able to embrace challenging and unpredictable days
- Willing to get your hands dirty one minute and think big picture the next
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs and using a consultative sales approach
- Ability to identify companies' needs, deliver solutions, and pull together programming/events
