About the role

  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of Industrious flexible workspace locations in Atlanta
  • Nurture prospective customers through a best-in-class sales process using leads from BD, CBRE partners, and third-party brokers
  • Conduct high-quality in-person and virtual tours showcasing the product and value proposition
  • Manage sales pipeline: follow up on tours, call new leads, and move prospects efficiently through the funnel
  • Handle renewals for existing customers and maintain low member churn
  • Collaborate with listing brokers, Community Managers, Regional Sales Manager, and cross-functional teams
  • Plan and execute local events to raise awareness and drive referrals
  • Forecast pipeline and report progress to Regional Sales Manager; hit occupancy targets for new locations

Requirements

  • Must live within easy commuting distance of Industrious Atlanta locations
  • Love being face-to-face with prospective customers and conducting in-person and virtual tours
  • Meticulous sales pipeline management and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Energized by selling and closing deals
  • Ability to devise creative sales-driving initiatives (marketing campaigns, partnerships, incentives)
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to persevere on tough days
  • Enjoy collaborating with business development, marketing, and onsite teams
