About the role
- Serve as the face of the building, leading onsite hospitality operations and managing tenant and guest interactions
- Lead day-to-day service delivery across common areas, amenity spaces, meeting rooms, and tenant suites
- Model and uphold Industrious and landlord service values in interactions with occupiers, guests, vendors, and building staff
- Confidently address tenant and stakeholder issues, ensuring timely resolution, documentation, and follow-up
- Lead and develop a team of on-site staff; provide direction, coaching, and accountability
- Support property management with tenant move-ins, on-site services, and facilities coordination
- Submit landlord reporting and billing in adherence with Industrious TXM standards and keep digital/physical communication channels current
- Manage scheduling, coordination, and execution of meetings and events; be onsite for key meetings/events
- Maintain health and safety standards, AV and facility issue resolution, and inventory for tenant lounge and fitness center
- Develop operational playbooks, intake processes, and maintain preferred vendor database
- Design and execute community programming and event production including budgeting, vendor management, onsite delivery, and reporting
- Promote events and manage content on tenant experience app, sourcing local perks and partnerships
- Partner with property management to deliver seamless visitor arrival and lobby experience; train lobby ambassadors and support security teams
- Establish and execute hospitality service processes, support leasing tours, and execute monthly “Surprise & Delight” initiatives
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in hospitality, operations, property/tenant experience, or community management
- 3+ years of people management experience (team of 3 or more preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Highly reliable with strong independent work ethic and ownership mindset
- Experience collaborating with landlords, vendors, and external partners
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and client service skills
- Operational mindset with the ability to create systems and drive continuous improvement
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Comfortable with light AV troubleshooting and working with booking/event platforms
