- Serve as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
- Manage on-site location operations and communications to ensure a smooth operation
- Represent Industrious in the local market and actively identify potential members
- Conduct tours, deliver consultative sales, and provide impactful solutions to companies
- Develop and execute community programming and remarkable events
- Resolve member requests of all sizes and deliver exceptional day-at-work experiences
Requirements
- In-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- Must live within an easy commute of New York City
- Manager of own location with business sense to organize details and communications
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs and comfortable asking questions when needed
- Consultative sales approach; ability to identify potential members and deliver impactful solutions
- Experience planning and executing community programming and events
- Energized by people and works well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to embrace challenging and unpredictable days
- Willingness to perform both hands-on tasks and think big-picture
