About the role
- Manage operations and member experience for a specific location
- Act as go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
- Organize details and communications to ensure smooth operation
- Represent Industrious in the local market and identify potential members
- Conduct consultative sales and lead tours to uncover and solve member needs
- Plan and execute community programming and events
- Handle member requests and provide high-touch hospitality
Requirements
- Candidates must live within an easy commute of Marina del Ray, CA
- In-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- No member request is too big or too small for you to handle
- Energized by people and work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Resilient and able to handle challenging and unpredictable days
- Willing to perform hands-on and big picture tasks
