About the role
- Act as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
- Manage daily operations of the Boca Raton location and serve as location manager
- Organize all details and communications to ensure a smooth operation
- Identify potential members, conduct tours, and deliver consultative sales solutions
- Plan and execute member programming and remarkable events, handling logistics
- Represent Industrious in the local market and connect with the broader business community
- Handle all member requests and provide exceptional hospitality and service
Requirements
- In-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
- Candidates must live within an easy commute of Boca Raton, FL
- Strong business sense to organize details and communications for smooth operation
- Comfortable speaking with C-level executives
- Consultative sales approach and ability to identify and convert potential members
- Event programming and execution experience; ability to manage behind-the-scenes logistics
- Exceptional customer service and member-focus; no member request too big or small
- Energized by people and able to work well in a team
- High attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to handle challenging and unpredictable days
- Willingness to perform hands-on work and think big picture
