About the role

  • Act as the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for members
  • Manage daily operations of the Boca Raton location and serve as location manager
  • Organize all details and communications to ensure a smooth operation
  • Identify potential members, conduct tours, and deliver consultative sales solutions
  • Plan and execute member programming and remarkable events, handling logistics
  • Represent Industrious in the local market and connect with the broader business community
  • Handle all member requests and provide exceptional hospitality and service

Requirements

  • In-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week
  • Candidates must live within an easy commute of Boca Raton, FL
  • Strong business sense to organize details and communications for smooth operation
  • Comfortable speaking with C-level executives
  • Consultative sales approach and ability to identify and convert potential members
  • Event programming and execution experience; ability to manage behind-the-scenes logistics
  • Exceptional customer service and member-focus; no member request too big or small
  • Energized by people and able to work well in a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to handle challenging and unpredictable days
  • Willingness to perform hands-on work and think big picture
