About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and execution of a multi-site facilities strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Drive standardization of facilities management processes, systems, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to capacity planning efforts to support production demands and site expansion.
  • Provide input on site evaluations, expansions, and footprint optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance and infrastructure operations across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve uptime and reliability.
  • Establish and monitor facility performance KPIs and reporting across locations.
  • Support energy management, sustainability efforts, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage execution of capital projects including facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report on capital expenditures and project progress.
  • Ensure facilities comply with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with EHS and Operations teams to maintain safe working environments.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure risk mitigation practices.
  • Manage site-level and regional facilities budgets (operating and capital).
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor management, energy efficiency, and process improvements.
  • Support budget planning and forecasting activities.
  • Lead and develop facilities managers and site-level teams.
  • Drive accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or industrial operations.
  • Experience managing facilities across multiple sites or a large, complex site.
  • Demonstrated success supporting capital projects and maintenance programs.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, utilities, and regulatory compliance.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost control initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel to support site operations.
