About the role
- Own the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development strategy.
- Build and manage a multi-tiered development framework for leaders at all levels.
- Design scalable, practical development experiences.
- Continuously assess and evolve program content based on trends and feedback.
- Design targeted development programs for high-potential leaders.
- Establish the foundational infrastructure for enterprise leadership development.
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions for program content.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external development partners.
- Ensure all external solutions reflect IEM's culture and values.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs across all levels.
- Apply coaching skills within group development contexts.
- Coach and support internal facilitators and subject matter experts.
- Design and implement a robust evaluation framework to measure program effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on key learning metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
- Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and facilitating leadership development programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record building leadership development programs and frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience supporting organizations navigating rapid growth, large-scale change, or significant business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor.
- Experience designing and delivering development programs for high-potential employee populations.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong vendor and external partner management experience.
- Experience building and presenting ROI and impact analyses for leadership programs to senior audiences.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
