About the role

  • Own the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development strategy.
  • Build and manage a multi-tiered development framework for leaders at all levels.
  • Design scalable, practical development experiences.
  • Continuously assess and evolve program content based on trends and feedback.
  • Design targeted development programs for high-potential leaders.
  • Establish the foundational infrastructure for enterprise leadership development.
  • Make strategic build vs. buy decisions for program content.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external development partners.
  • Ensure all external solutions reflect IEM's culture and values.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs across all levels.
  • Apply coaching skills within group development contexts.
  • Coach and support internal facilitators and subject matter experts.
  • Design and implement a robust evaluation framework to measure program effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key learning metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and facilitating leadership development programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record building leadership development programs and frameworks from the ground up.
  • Experience supporting organizations navigating rapid growth, large-scale change, or significant business transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor.
  • Experience designing and delivering development programs for high-potential employee populations.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Strong vendor and external partner management experience.
  • Experience building and presenting ROI and impact analyses for leadership programs to senior audiences.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
