About the role
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions including custom objects, advanced automation, integration patterns, and scalable data models.
- Architect and maintain sophisticated security models and conduct regular security audits.
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, data quality standards.
- Develop sophisticated dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Salesforce Reports, Dashboards.
- Collaborate with Mulesoft team to design, implement, and maintain integrations.
- Mentor junior administrators and developers, provide technical guidance.
- Lead release management activities including sandbox strategy and deployment planning.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users.
- Manage relationships with consulting partners and vendors.
- Stay at the forefront of Salesforce innovations including AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator/Architect with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, migrations, or transformations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform Administrator II certifications
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce configuration
- aAutomation tools (Flow), security models, and data management.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL queries.
- Understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about professional development and staying current with Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
