About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage an assigned portfolio of Field Service projects from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout.
- Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and project records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Manage IEM Procore inspections, including reviewing inspection documentation, monitoring AWS Observations, and ensuring required documentation supports invoicing and project closeout.
- Verify invoicing readiness by ensuring required project documentation, inspections, commissioning records, and customer requirements are complete and accurate.
- Support commissioning activities by participating in commissioning calls and maintaining commissioning documentation.
- Generate and maintain operational reports to monitor project status, invoice readiness, and project closeout.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, support process improvements, assist with training, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties, which may be required by supervisor.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Project Management or similar position.
