Key responsibilities & impact

Play a pivotal role in amplifying our client's global brand voice
Support the development of an internal and external communications strategy
Work within a global matrixed organization to communicate the brand narrative
Support the drafting of LinkedIn articles and industry-facing op-eds for key executives
Identify strategic opportunities for brand leaders to speak at industry panels
Stay ahead of beauty industry trends and competitive landscapes
Support the conceptualization and distribution of product mailers to global ambassadors
Identify opportunities to surprise and delight global influencers
Coordinate with vendors and creative agencies for mailer logistics
Monitor social coverage from mailers and provide reports
Support the financial process including Purchase Order creation and invoice submissions
Capture high-quality meeting notes and ensure action items are distributed
Archive and save important documents and create master trackers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
1–2 years of experience in PR or Communications (agency or in-house).
Experience in the beauty or CPG sector is highly preferred.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the social media landscape (TikTok, Instagram) and how it intersects with traditional PR.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite required.
