About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop software based on system and subsystem requirements
Contribute to distributed, mission-critical ATM systems
Ensure traceability between requirements, implementation, and testing
Perform development and integration activities, testing and validation
Manage and resolve software anomalies and defects
Apply AI-assisted tools to improve development productivity, code quality and maintainability, automation across the lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
2+ years of experience in software developments)
High level of English (written and spoken)
Spanish speaker (desirable)
Strong experience in: C / C++ and/or ADA
Experience with Python scripting is a plus
Experience working in Linux environments
Familiarity with: Version control (Git / ClearCase), Issue tracking (JIRA), Requirements management (DOORS)
Understanding of end-to-end software lifecycle (design, coding, testing, integration)
Experience or strong interest in using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot
Understanding of best practices for AI-assisted coding
