About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to internal clients experiencing difficulties with both system usage and business processes, using a ticketing system to receive requests for better documentation, service, and measurement of the department's efficiency
  • Develop new solutions and/or implement new tools to ensure the evolution of business processes, increasing efficiency and improving company productivity
  • Ensure the full operation of the organization's systems by performing regular maintenance and updates, preventing interruptions to business processes
  • Formalize documentation of internal customizations, taking into account the programs available in our project to facilitate routine maintenance and support in case of incidents

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • Knowledge of databases
