About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to internal clients experiencing difficulties with both system usage and business processes, using a ticketing system to receive requests for better documentation, service, and measurement of the department's efficiency
Develop new solutions and/or implement new tools to ensure the evolution of business processes, increasing efficiency and improving company productivity
Ensure the full operation of the organization's systems by performing regular maintenance and updates, preventing interruptions to business processes
Formalize documentation of internal customizations, taking into account the programs available in our project to facilitate routine maintenance and support in case of incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience with TOTVS Fluig and Protheus
Knowledge of databases
Knowledge of LLMS
