About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to planning and budgeting: assist in the financial planning process and the preparation of the company’s annual budget.
Expense analysis by Cost Center: analyze and consolidate monthly and annual expenses by department and send them to the respective responsible parties.
Provide financial support and analysis to assist the company’s strategic decision-making.
Sales analysis: analyze sales and costs by customer, crop, product, market and contribution margin.
Presentations: prepare department presentations explaining key variances in sales, expenses and results.
Process improvement: propose and implement process improvements in sales or expense management to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
Previous experience as an intern or assistant in the finance department;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Intermediate English.
