Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and define the direct procurement strategy for fertilizers
Ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation
Lead complex commercial negotiations with suppliers
Coordinate shipment planning and freight optimization
Work closely with the Commercial team to identify trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
Solid experience in international direct procurement, fertilizer trading, and agribusiness
Knowledge of the international fertilizer market, agricultural raw materials, or similar commodities
Proficiency with Incoterms, maritime logistics, and international freight
Experience with indexed pricing models and risk management
Fluent in English; Spanish is desirable.
