About the role
- Advise on and implement container strategies with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Build, configure and operate container platforms in hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Support migration of existing applications to container environments
- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Provide guidance on security, governance and scaling in the container context
- Work closely with development teams and architects
Requirements
- Several years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes (planning, installation, operation)
- Good knowledge of container virtualization (Docker, Podman)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Understanding of security concepts and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Enthusiasm for guiding clients through complex container transformations
- German at a minimum C1 level and English at a B2 level
- Willingness to travel for projects
