About the role

  • Advise clients on service integration
  • Deliver client presentations in a presales context
  • Persuasively present complex service and operating models to decision-makers
  • Manage and support service integration projects and transitions
  • Design multi-supplier operating models
  • Develop governance, service, and operational models
  • Analyze existing IT service structures and derive optimization measures
  • Perform SLA and KPI analyses
  • Advise on sourcing strategies and transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT outsourcing, infrastructure, or transformation environments
  • Solid knowledge of the Service Integration Framework
  • Experience in multi-supplier management
  • Proven experience in presales support and client presentations
  • Ability to present complex solutions tailored to the audience — including management or board level
  • Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
  • Strong consulting skills and a confident client-facing presence
  • Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic implementation
  • Experience in risk management
  • Willingness to travel for projects
  • Excellent German skills (minimum C1) and English skills at least at B2 level
