About the role
- Configure and install hardware and software, ensuring proper operation of equipment and systems;
- Assist in troubleshooting computer networks, addressing faults and vulnerabilities;
- Provide user support by handling tickets and resolving technical issues;
- Manage IT assets, inventorying and controlling equipment in use;
- Propose and implement improvements to infrastructure processes and systems.
Requirements
- Experience configuring and installing hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems;
- Experience providing user support;
- Knowledge of computer networks, asset management and telephony;
- University degree in progress in a related field.
