Perform calculation, reconciliation and payment of direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL) and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) at all levels (federal, state and municipal).
Prepare and file all tax returns and ancillary tax obligations within established deadlines (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, EFD ICMS, EFD Contribuições, etc.), ensuring the accuracy of information.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on company processes, proposing adjustments and improvements to ensure compliance.
Support the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions, always within the bounds of the law.
Prepare documentation and information for internal and external audits, as well as for inspections by regulatory authorities.
Provide support and guidance to other business areas on tax matters, such as product classification, transactions and related issues.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in tax processes, driving efficiency and automation.
Perform complex tax calculations, prepare legal opinions and conduct fiscal impact analyses for new transactions or projects.
Participate in working groups for the implementation of the Tax Reform.
Solid experience in tax calculation and filing of ancillary obligations in medium- to large-sized companies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS), including the Real Profit (Lucro Real) and Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) taxation regimes.
Continuous update on developments related to the Tax Reform.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar) and fiscal automation tools.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and logical functions.
Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Tax Law or Tax Management is a plus.
