About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Translate business goals and strategic direction into actionable paid media tactics
- Execute campaign setup, launches, optimizations, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Manage budgets, pacing, and platform-level reporting to ensure efficient media spend
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
- Develop audience strategies, keyword lists, ad copy variations, creative briefs, and testing frameworks
- Prepare clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights
- Stay current on platform updates, media trends, and best practices
- Communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Maintain strong organization across campaign documentation, timelines, and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on paid social and/or paid search
- Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working independently within defined scopes and timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
