About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of Amazon media strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance goals
- Plan and oversee go-to-market strategies for product launches and key retail events
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance trends within the Amazon media landscape
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes with data-driven recommendations
- Own monthly and quarterly budgeting processes, ensuring investments align to defined KPIs
- Build and communicate clear budget pacing, forecasting, and investment plans
- Monitor spend, evaluate performance, and implement optimizations to drive efficiency and return on investment
- Translate performance results into actionable insights and present findings to key stakeholders
- Manage deliverables and timelines for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure campaign strategies, budgets, and creative assets are finalized ahead of execution
- Track deliverables and performance, optimizing throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact across internal client teams, agencies, and Amazon partners
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and brand teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations and reports to senior stakeholders on campaign performance, learnings, and optimizations
- Maintain exceptional organization and documentation across all projects to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns
- Proven ability to plan and execute media campaigns from concept through completion
- Strong understanding of Sponsored Ads, DSP, and retail media best practices
- Experience managing budgets, optimizing performance, and presenting results to leadership
- Deep analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a part-time, embedded capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
