Account Manager

• Manage end-to-end promotional merchandise projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, creative agencies, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations
• Ensure exceptional customer service, proactively resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships
• Support development of client strategies, prepare client presentations and proposals, and identify new product opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform client recommendations and internal planning
• Accurately manage client budgets, drive competitive pricing through supplier negotiations and detailed cost analysis
• Collaborate with sourcing teams and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of project milestones, approvals, and changes; support continuous improvement and streamlined workflows
