• You will support the planning, organization and execution of our events.
• You will coordinate venues, catering and other service providers while maintaining oversight of all details.
• You will take on tasks in event marketing – from communicating with clients, partners and internal stakeholders to assisting with invitations, registrations and feedback.
• During events, you will ensure warm guest reception and smooth operations.
• You will support organizational projects related to events.
• You will contribute ideas to continuously develop our events and help design creative concepts.
