About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic business leader responsible for the performance, direction, and long-term success of one or more insurance product lines
- Leverage data, financial analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to shape product strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business results
- Work closely with executive leadership and business partners across the enterprise
- Influence key decisions that strengthen our competitive position and create lasting customer value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
- Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or related business functions
- Experience leading product strategy across complex or multiple lines of business
- Experience managing product portfolios or broader line-of-business performance
- Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership and leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives
